Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Handling complains from customers
- Giving details of product knowledge to the customers
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma from any majors and reputable university is preferable.
- Experience in insurance call center / Sales are preferable
- Have a good communication skill
- Able operate MS Office (computer literate)
- Have analyze skill
- Customer focus and quick respond
