PT Daikinaircon – Call Center Staff, Training Administration Staff

PT Daikinaircon as a part of PT Daikin Indonesia a subsidiary of the world largest Air Conditioning Company is the main Daikin distributor in Indonesia. We provide air conditioning systems including both original spare parts and excellent services for residential, commercial, and industrial building up to unique large size refrigerant and air conditioner. We are currently seeking :
Call Center Staff (CC)
Requirements:

• Female,  age max. 25 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• MS Office is a must
• Energetic, creative, goal oriented and must be a team player
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to customers

Training Administration Staff (TAS)
Responsibilities:

• Take care of all administrative affairs in the training department.
• Translate English to Indonesian training materials
• At any- time can be a part time trainer (assist of existing trainers at the moment)

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, age max. 28 years old
• Minimum diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering (DIII Politeknik Negeri Bandung or SMK Pembangunan Bandung is an advantaged)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in administrative work is a big plus
• Good command in English (both verbal & Written)
• Good Computer skills (Ms. Office)
• Hard worker, energetic, proactive, and have good attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
